Dian Andyasuri
President Director and Country Chair
Dian Andyasuri started her career with Shell in 2008 as Finance General Manager for Retail Fuel business. She joined Shell Global Downstream Strategy and Consultancy group based in Singapore for 3.5 years. In June 2014, she returned to Indonesia and took on the role of Vice President Marketing for Shell Lubricants Indonesia, overseeing marketing operations, Route-to-Market/Indirect Channel Excellence development and Sales and Operations.
Dian Andyasuri was appointed as President Director and Country Chair for Shell in Indonesia on January 1st, 2020. In addition to her role as Indonesia Country Chair for Shell, Dian leads Shell Lubricants Indonesia, managing the ever-growing lubricants business.
Dian earned her MBA in Finance from Brunel University, United Kingdom, as a Chevening Scholar. Prior to Shell, Dian had 15 years of professional experience handling various roles in Europe, the United States of America and Australia, including as Strategist and Finance Leader in Thames Water, PA Consulting and Hutchison Telecom.

Andri Pratiwa
Director
Andri has extensive commercial experience across B2B Sales & Strategy, and he started his career with Shell in 2003 as Key Account Manager for the industrial market. In 2014, he was appointed as Vice President Lubricants for Direct Business, managing partnership with large corporations, both in industry and automotive market. In 2015, Andri was promoted to the position of Vice President Sales B2B & Mining Business, where he successfully implemented transformation in the B2B Indirect channel including sector strategy and implementation. During his tenure with Shell, Andri has successfully driven an ambitious growth that positioned Shell Lubricants as the preferred brand in the industry.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Krisnadwipayana University and sharpened his Marketing knowledge at The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Rachmad Imawan
Head of Contracting & Procurement
Rachmad Imawan was appointed as Lead Procurement Manager for Shell in Indonesia on January 1st, 2019. In addition to his role as Lead Procurement Manager, Rachmad is Indonesia Local Senior Procurement Representative (LSCPR).
Rachmad graduated as an Industrial Engineer from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, and he holds “MCIPS Chartered Procurement & Supply Professional” accreditation from Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), United Kingdom. He has a total of 14+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Contracting & Procurement for Direct & Indirect Goods & Services. Rachmad handles all logistics contracts across various business classes at Shell Indonesia (Lubricant Supply Chain, Trading & Supply, Specialties, and Retail) in his role as Head of Contracting & Procurement.
