Shell prepare special program for customers

Entering the new normal situation, Shell sites are ready to serve customers who are returning to commute their daily activities, by always practicing health protocols related to COVID-19. As an appreciation of customers loyalty, Shell has prepared special program with many benefits for customers who are preparing to restart their journey.
Jakarta – Shell Indonesia presents the "Ready to get back to road" program, which gives Shell loyal customers the opportunity to get free fuel. The promo program, which was held from June 24 to August 31, 2020, is valid for the purchase of all Shell fuel products and lubricants at all Shell sites spread in more than 100 locations in Greater Jakarta, Banten, West Java and East Java.
To get free Shell fuel is quite simple, for Shell ClubSmart members who buy a minimum fuel of Rp 300,000 or buy Shell Helix or Advance lubricants are entitled to get ClubSmart points up to Rp 50,000. Customers also get more bonus and an additional voucher of Rp. 25,000 if they do a minimum transaction of Rp. 300,000 using a Contactless VISA card. For 4 wheels and 2 wheels customers who replace lube products at Shell sites, safety check are available for vehicles that have not been used for a long time due to the rules of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). To simplify payment transactions and reduce the risk of exposure to viruses, Shell also recommends customers make non-cash payments.

In addition to offering quality services and fuel, the availability of public facilities such as toilets, prayer rooms and convenience stores Shell Select and Deli2go that provides a variety of needs including hygiene package 'Protection on the Go' will also help customers go back to their routine and help maintain their hygiene during the trip. Shell also ensures that site staffs at Shell sites strictly follow health protocols, which is to maintain a safe distance, always wear a mask, wash hands with soap or hand sanitizer.
