Jakarta - Shell Lubricants Indonesia’s commitment to continue pacing the innovation in this digital era by presenting application-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) loyalty program, called SHARE (Shell Advantage Rewards) for its workshop and mechanic partners. The program allows workshop partners to access information about products, services and promotions, giving them the opportunities to get a range of attractive rewards.

Edward Satrio, VP Marketing Shell Lubricants Indonesia said the application-based SHARE program was a testament to Shell’s commitment to supporting workshop partners’ performance. “The workshop owners and mechanics are the strategic partners to Shell businesses. Therefore, we want to enhance positive synergy with our partners through, among others, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program.”

Market change and technology development have urged business people, including workshop owners and mechanics to get ready to compete in digital-savvy world. Through SHARE, Shell Lubricants Indonesia has introduced multi-feature application which facilitates workshop owners to make transactions of Shell products, and allow them to get a range of benefits and exclusive reward programs. “Shell has QR Code feature to digitalize incentive program for workshop owners and mechanics as well as education process online. This application is our effort to support partners making transformation and adapting to new ways of doing business in a bid to enhance Shell and workshop owners‘ synergy and business performance,” Edward added.

Around 30,000 workshops across Indonesia have joined SHARE program since its launch three years ago. This application has been proven to facilitate communication between Shell Lubricants and workshop partners as it has allowed them to interact each other faster (in real time) and more effectively. The purchase and sale for Shell products – Shell Advance, Shell Helix, Shell Rimula and Shell Spirax – have no longer used the manual/conventional process through sales distributor network because the online system has supported those transactions. The cellular application-based business operation has become the right choice during this pandemic because it could minimize direct contact.

SHARE New Layout: User Friendly and Rich of Features
Coronavirus pandemic has affected almost all industries of many sectors, as well as transforming people’s behavior. Optimism and adaptation capability are keys to coping with this condition. Shell Lubricants Indonesia has improved SHARE application services, making it much more user friendly, attractive and dynamic.

Anggun Gitasmitha, SHARE Marketing Manager Shell Lubricants Indonesia said, “SHARE comes with much more user friendly in 2020 with enhanced features and more responsive customer experience. This new layout will surely make SHARE users feel more comfortable in finding any information on it, like updates about Shell products and exclusive promotions – Thematic Flash Sale and Extra Coins Promo and more.”

Moreover, SHARE has presented an innovative program, called ‘SHARE Coins”, which is offering a diverse range of attractive rewards to workshop owners and mechanics. They can collect SHARE Coins 2020 and make redemption for a range of attractive prizes, including workshop toolkits, electronic gadgets and lifestyle needs, like multipurpose e-voucher which is applicable for credit purchase, electricity bill payment and e-commerce shopping.

The workshop owners can collect SHARE coins through three main activities: online order for Shell Advance, Shell Helix Shell Rimula, Shell Spirax and Shell Gadus; order for premium Shell oil products (loyalty contract); and recommend Shell products for oil change and scan the purchased products.

Meanwhile, the mechanics can collect coins by recommending Shell products for oil change and scanning the purchased products. The accumulated coins are redeemable for a range of products listed on SHARE catalogue.

Benny, an owner of Surya Aneka Ban in Jakarta said, “Our workshop has sold Shell products since 2005 or around 15 years in partnership with Shell. We have become Shell Branded Independent Workshop since September 1, 2014. We see Shell has high quality oil products, and keep making innovation to improve its services to workshop partners and consumers in general. SHARE is very helpful to us as it has allowed us to make communication more easily through online channel and has made the trade activities become more fun. This application has raised our enthusiasm as we can get attractive rewards through coin redemption and games on SHARE.”

Shell Lubricants Indonesia has also provided loyal workshop partners, especially those who have become users of SHARA app with AXA Insurance’s health protection with sum assured worth Rp75 million
