The purpose of the Shell People Survey is to continue the dialogue between leadership and employees about critical issues in the organisation and to measure progress in comparison with the last survey.
It enables all employees in Shell to give their opinion on a series of questions and issues, and facilitate communication; giving everyone the chance to have their say and play a part in improving the business; as well as provides an agenda for change, by identifying the gap between aspirations and reality, allowing best practices to be identified and followed, and offers leaders the chance to get anonymous feedback.
