Process Engineering
Process engineers are vital to Shell, from design and operations, to research and new business development.
The Shell Graduate Programme
You'll join a two to three-year industry-leading coaching and development programme in the Technical area of the Shell Graduate Programme. You'll become part of a global Process Engineering community and, as part of the tailored training on offer, you could work alongside some of the processing industry’s game changers.
There is real responsibility on offer from day one and you could be part of Shell’s most ground-breaking and critical projects, where problem solvers and innovators will thrive. Our working environment and community is supportive: at Shell, we want to help nurture you and to really push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Process Engineering
Process Engineering is vital to Shell’s activities across the business, and helps with the development and production of raw hydrocarbons and the subsequent processing into commercial products. With a curious mind you could be part of designing and optimising chemical processes, and the operation of equipment and facilities; or analysing and interpreting laboratory and plant data. Our process engineers also provide technical support to oil and gas production facilities, refineries and chemical plants (both onshore and offshore); ensure the technical integrity of plants and new projects; advise on process safety issues, and commission new installations.
